We are seeking a professional, experienced Business English Teacher to deliver high-quality English instruction to adult learners in a corporate or academic setting. Students typically include business professionals, managers, executives, or university students preparing for careers in international business. Lessons focus on real-world workplace communication: presentations, negotiations, email writing, meetings, teleconferencing, and industry-specific vocabulary. Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver engaging Business English lessons tailored to students' industries and job roles (e.g., finance, marketing, logistics, HR, IT)
Focus on practical skills: business writing (emails, reports, proposals), verbal communication (meetings, phone calls, presentations), and cross-cultural communication
Incorporate case studies, role-plays, simulations, and authentic business materials (e.g., articles, earnings calls, memos)
Assess student progress through performance-based tasks (presentations, mock negotiations, writing portfolios)
Provide targeted feedback on grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and professional tone
Customize curriculum to address specific client or company needs (e.g., preparing for a presentation to international clients)
Track attendance, participation, and learning outcomes
Mandatory Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in English, TESOL, Linguistics, Business, or a related field
Teaching Certification: TEFL, TESOL, CELTA, or DELTA (minimum 120 hours)
Business Knowledge: Demonstrated understanding of business communication, corporate culture, and professional etiquette
Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of ESL teaching experience, with at least 1 year teaching Business English or working with adult professionals
