Pedagogical Expertise: Strong understanding of backward design, differentiated instruction, Universal Design for Learning (UDL), and assessment methodologies (formative/summative).
Technical Skills: Proficiency with authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Rise, Adobe InDesign), learning management systems (Canvas, Moodle), and collaboration platforms (Google Workspace, Microsoft Teams, Notion).
Soft Skills: Exceptional writing, editing, project management, and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
Portfolio: Demonstrated samples of curriculum units, assessment banks, or published educational materials.
